Shipment and Return policy


The expected arrival day is dependent on the Dutch working days. Our shippings costs are calculated based on the shipping country. We have in total of 6 shipping zones.

  1. Zone 1 | Delivery Days 1-4 | Shipping costs € 6,00
    • Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany
  2. Zone 2 | Delivery Days 2-5 | Shipping costs  € 12,50
    • France, UK, Austria, Denmark and  Lichtenstein
  3. Zone 3 | Delivery Days 2-5 | Shipping costs € 17,50
    • Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Monaco, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic and Ireland
  4. Zone 4 | Delivery Days 2-6 | Shipping costs € 22,50
    • Portugal, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Croatia, Letland, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia and Slovakia
  5. Zone 5 | Delivery Days 2-8 | Shipping costs € 27
    • Turkey, Russia, Greece, Iceland and Rest of Europe
  6. Zone 6 | Delivery Days 3-10 | Shipping costs € 27
    • USA, UAE, Japan, China, Canada, Hong Kong and Rest of the world





All products of Yeex Watches can be returned within 14 days without any form of explanation provided. All products of Yeex Watches is provided with a warranty for a whole year, see terms and conditions for more information.

Returned products must be sent back in their original state as they were received by the buyer. The buyer whom wants to return the product may only open and use the product to conclude if the buyer wishes to keep the product. Returned products will be controlled extensively because they must be returned to us in their original state.

If the product is found to be defect after been received by the buyer or if the wrong product has been delivered, the buyer has the responsibility to inform us withing 24 hours. We shall promptly give the buyer instructions on what to do.

Buyers who wish to return the product have the responsibility for the shipment and the delivery costs. We advice the buyer to return the product to be registered since the responsibility will fall on the buyer if any problems with the shipment may occur. We shall check every returned product for defects and if the defect is not caused by the buyer, we shall send a repaired or replaced product back to the buyer. Additional delivery costs shall be reimbursed by Yeex Watches.
